Course Details:

One of the best road racing circuits in Australia.

Ideal for supporters and riders.

There are lots of attack points throughout the 8.49 km course, slight rises, mid length breakaway straights and the occassional power corner, a med/fast surface all make the Crib Point Race a favorite amongst riders and families.

Families: There are two barbeque facilities available.

1. Opposite the meeting point, Woolleys Beach offers bench picnic tables in the picnic area with amazing views over Westernport Bay looking towards Stony Point to Phillip Island.
Woolleys Beach is a great waterside on the sand walk to Stony Point and back.
Note: In and around Woolleys Beach, Koala's are often seen along with nesting parrots, Galahs, Wrens and other sea birds.

2. Approx 1.4 km up the road is Jack's Beach Picnic Area. From the car park of Jack's Beach, you can walk along a trail through fantastic bushland onto the 'Westernport Boardwalk' trail. The boardwalk extends over the mangroves, follows the edge of the water and leads all the way to lower Hastings. Time taken approx 40 mins return.

So while the racers are pounding the course, supporters and families have a perfect location to sit, watch, enjoy the serenity or walk the beach trails.

Tip: Supporters bring a chair and camera.

See you there!
