Create an 'Upcoming Event' banner for the club

Do you have a son, daugther, nephew or neice who loves drawing and graphic design?

SVCC members can contribute to the website.

They / you can create a great looking 'Upcoming Event' banner for the club and we'll put it on the website to promote the race. They / you can use Flash, video, animations, pictures, 3d etc to make a great looking graphic for the next event or a SVCC sponsor.

If they are looking for a great way to learn a lot skills and gain experience in design, its a great opportunity.

Ask the SVCC President or Secretary for 'event details and what's coming soon'.

Size: All formats use a common 300 x 300 size.

Flash File: Publish as *.swf 300 pixels x 300 pixels x 72 dpi, Recommended 30 frames per second fps.

Picture File: Save as *.jpg 300 pixels x 300 pixesl x 72 dpi

Animated Gif: Save as *.gif 300 pixels x 300 pixels x 72 dpi 128 colors

When looking for pictures, we prefer imagery to be used from the SVCC Gallery and never break any copyright from other sites.

Save the artwork file onto a CD or USB and give to the President, Secretary or Webmaster at the next race day event.

Full recognition will be given to the artist!

On the home page, you can view random Youtube videos from around the world of fellow cyclists and interest groups.

This scripts works via a keyword entry. (a playlist)

You can contribute to our list of keywords.

Send in a 3 word string of keywords via the SVCC contact page to the WEBMASTER.

E.g. 'funny cycling videos', or, 'road bike tyre', or 'pantani hill climbing',... you can send upto 10 sets of playlists.

The Webmaster will add your entries to the playlist. Winners will see their keyword related videos & playlist appear on the home page.
